Our Make Ready Cleaning includes the following::

Appliances (if in home) inside and out

Cabinetry, drawers, closets and pantry in all rooms, inside and out

All sinks, toilets, showers and tubs cleaned and disinfected and double scrubbed to remove build up

Walls and doors spot cleaned

All flooring swept/mopped/vacuumed - flooring crevices cleaned and scrubbed for buildup

Light fixtures and fans cleaned

Interior windows and window sills cleaned

Crown molding/baseboards/wood work cleaned

Light switch plates and outlet covers cleaned

*interior of fridge must be empty or near empty for cleaning. Freezer and dishwasher are not included in service.

*Home must be empty or near empty for service.

Service does not include trash removal or haul off.

*Home must have active utility service to include electricity and water for service.
